At  Lashbox SA, we stand behind the quality of our Microneedling devices and aim to provide professional support to all our customers. Please read our warranty and returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Warranty Coverage

* All Microneedling devices are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
* The warranty applies only to faults resulting from manufacturing defects under normal professional use.
* Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
* The warranty does not cover:
    * Physical damage
    * Accidental damage or misuse
    * Liquid damage
    * Improper handling or storage
    * Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    * Normal wear and tear
    * Damage caused by incorrect voltage or power supply use

Hygiene & Safety Notice

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used devices cannot be returned for a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

* Customers may return a Microneedling device within 30 days of purchase only if:
    * The packaging remains unopened,
    * The product is unused,
    * And the device is returned in its original condition and packaging.
* If the product packaging has been opened, or the device is no longer in resalable condition, only up to 30% of the original purchase price may be refunded at the discretion of management.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

* Opened devices
* Used cartridges or consumables
* Products with missing parts or damaged packaging
* Clearance or sale items
