Refund policy

Lash Box ONLINE the discretion when receiving returns to allow them to continue to be processed if the items are not in the condition to be restocked. 

Any unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be shipped back out at the buyer’s expense, once the shipping invoice has been paid. 

Unauthorized Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns on the following cosmetic products but not limited to, serums, mascaras, and eyeliners.

Courses Refund:

Lashbox / Neicha reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.) 

Courses notes and materials are not to be sold, loaned, copied, or used in any way outside of the pursuit of studying the course by the person who is enrolled in the course.

No refund will be provided on courses once the training materials been shared.

If the student doesn’t turn up on the given schedule or could not accomplish the Course due to whatsoever circumstances, then no refund will be provided. 

However, he/she could reschedule the date for the next available training only once.

Rescheduling one week prior the course- no charge

Rescheduling at the last minute - R  2000 fee (due to expenses incurred and inability to replace the booking with another student) 

 Products refunds: All refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the refund request and the outcome on the matter.
