Our eyelash tweezers are professional precision instruments designed for accuracy and performance. Due to their fine, carefully aligned tips, they are extremely delicate.

Each pair of tweezers is personally tested before dispatch to ensure optimal performance with 0.03, 0.05, and 0.07 volume lashes. We carefully check that the tweezers pick up and create volume fans correctly, ensuring they meet our professional standards before reaching you.

Please note that dropping your tweezers, even from a small height, may affect their alignment and performance. A single accidental drop onto a hard surface can permanently damage the tips, making the tweezers unsuitable for professional use.

Damage caused by accidental drops, misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty.
